Our Kids CrossFit Camp is a fun, energetic way for children to stay active, build confidence, and learn healthy habits!
Designed for ages 8–14, this camp combines age-appropriate CrossFit movements with games, teamwork, and skill-building activities that keep kids engaged and excited. Led by certified coaches in a safe, supportive environment, campers will develop strength, coordination, and endurance—all while having a blast. Whether your child is new to fitness or already active in sports, our camp promotes physical literacy, social connection, and a positive attitude toward exercise. Join us for a week of movement, fun, and unforgettable memories!
