Milo introduces an exclusive women-only 4-week program designed to build strength and a healthy lifestyle. 💪✨
Classes run at Saturday 2-3PM, or Sunday 12-1PM, the perfect way to start your day strong. Each session includes a guided warm-up, mobility work, a main strength or core focus, followed by a beginner-friendly cardiovascular workout at a moderate, comfortable intensity—perfect for those new to training.
Commit to four weeks of movement, confidence, and consistency. Camp I starts on May 2 Sat. Camp II starts on May 3 Sun.
