Hassle-Free Process:

1.Sign up and purchase your drop-in pass ⬇️

2.You’ll be prompted to schedule your class afterward.
3.Arrive 10 minutes prior to class and check in
4.Introduce yourself to the coach and get into it

Prerequisites: A minimum of 3 months of CrossFit experience is required.

We’re conveniently located at the corner of Highway 91 and Shell Rd.
